1.    Defensive: You can defend yourself and your family from being sent to jail because of the false complaint. You can take some preventive measures to defend your family and yourself like following

a.    Collect as many pieces of evidence as possible -Record all conversations (voice, chat, email, letters, etc.) with threatening content.

b.    Safeguard your Family: Lodge a complaint to your nearest police station, detailing about blackmailing, her false allegations, and her unbearable behavior.

c. File RCR (Restitution of Conjugal Rights): If your wife has left your place after all the blackmailing and threatening, you can file RCR (Restitution of Conjugal Rights) mentioning the conditions that she should agree on before she starts living with you again.

2. Offensive

To make your case stronger and to expect an earlier settlement, you can file counter cases against your wife. But for this purpose, you will need an advocate to represent you, though it should be in your knowledge as what remedies you have or what counter cases you can file against your wife.

Just as my way to office, sitting back in my UBER I just saw a herd of nomads with their livestock of sheep and asses flooding the road and jamming the traffic. It was a stark contrast for the life in Gurgaon, as they were walking amidst the skyscrapers and 8 lanes highway. Woods were piled up on the backs of the asses for incineration and other shebang for living a nomad life. Ladies wearing traditional clothing guarding and guiding the asses and males were guiding sheep. 
Watching them plunging ahead the endless roads it was a strange feeling a sense of amusement watching such traditions still alive presenting the stark contrast of reality amidst the burgeoning city of Gurgaon.  It struck me we are still no different from our ancestors still wandering in search of livelihood from one place to another, no doubt priorities are changed. Now we seek more than just food. 

Liberty is for the Liberals.

Liberty Is a wonderful word often misunderstood.  Liberty is the virtue for which mankind have struggled eternally. Great men of past have advanced this quest with their wisdom and valour.  History proves liberty has enabled syncretism in the great civilizations and which was the essential fabric of that era and was the offshoot of the liberty. Basically civilizations thrived under the auspice of liberty. Liberty enabled the demand for egalitarian societies. Numerous of cavaliers sacrificed their lives for the sake of liberty.
 Liberty wherein remains mystic for the prosaic mind. All the wrongdoings were guised under the name of liberty, and hierarchical class made it a prerogative for their egregious acts. And if the liberty were continuously offered to them could have imperilled our own existence, ergo some arrangements were formed into place. To avoid the fall of our history into dystopia, a lot of the elements were ostracised or obliterated.  All this was overcome by humanity to achieve a utopian state per se.
It is self-evident why men like Gandhi, Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela were canonized by humanity. Because they strived to create redoubts of liberal expositions in a chaotic world shone like a candle in dark. Men like them show the humanity path forward irrespective of the inherent prejudices existing in society which consumed them in the end.
So the notion “liberty is for the liberals” represents the facts, sacrifices and the struggle of past many centuries to achieve the current state of prosperity and liberalism. But the rising state of protectionism in the developed world is alarming and harming per se. 
Liberty is a state of mind, heart and soul, free from prejudices of state, cast, creed, and race.  Liberty has to be achieved not snatched. Liberty results in prosperous states and its inhabitants. Liberty can be cashed by anyone until its intentions are not to harm others. Extremism is counter -productive and challenge humanity as seen in Syria. So to gain liberty one has to be liberal at first. Humble to others needs and always open hearted and welcoming everyone from any part of the world. After all this earth belongs to all of us, and may be divided politically but not liberally. So let’s just step forward in the direction of liberty.

Right To Privacy- Fundamental Right

Right to privacy is a misconception at this digital era. We as general users of various online platforms and various cellular services have already shared so much data with the service providers about our daily activities that assuming we are safe would be foolish. Anyone can hack into the networks and can get almost any information about you, which is very appalling and we didn’t realize this until it is breached.

Aftermath of 9/11 attacks on US soil has resulted in a tremendous breach of the right of privacy of native citizens of us. Which is a very gruesome reality of government security agencies and whistleblowers like Edward Snowden has given us some idea that what these agencies are capable of. This even resulted in the extradition of Edward Snowden. 
In this internet age, we are connected all the time but it surely posed the greatest threat to the privacy of any individual on an unprecedented scale. Your biometric information, genealogy, your locations, your digital activities, your bank details are all subjected to the breach at any time, and we have seen such instances in many forms now and then. The Recent attack on the organizations of Europe is a just recent reminiscent of such attacks and the level of its severity. 
Recent forthcoming judgment from Indian Supreme Court could be a landmark judgment as it will be defined that whether Indian citizens can have the fundamental right of privacy. And what will be attributed to the breach of privacy i.e. what actions will be declared a breach of privacy of any individual either by state, State sponsored agencies or any lone individuals.
